Read all reviewsMy friends and I played Upside Down on 21st November and we enjoyed it really much! The props in the room were really mind-blowing and we did not expect anything of these sorts to be available in reality! The staff is very friendly pretty kind and happy! The room was very well designed and had a very magical feel. The only disappointing part was that there was only one room in the game. We had requested for a bright room and the counter staff recommended us to play the Upside Down room, and it was the right recommendation!! Even though one of my friend was late, the staff were very kind and understanding and gave us 5 minutes grace for her to reach the outlet. I have played other escape rooms before and it was not as awesome as this one. Most of the other escape rooms only gave around 45mins or 50mins for customers to complete the room, but Xcape gave a time limit of an hour. Although 10-15 minutes might not seem much of a difference, it definitely did help us to find our way out of the room!
